About these protocols
These protocols provide guidance to staff within UAS sections when sending emails to colleagues across the University.
They have been established to improve the way information is shared - providing a consistent approach that will help reduce unnecessary volume, help to ensure communications reach the intended target and that any actions are clear and acted upon.
While intended primarily for UAS sections, they may also be adopted as good practice by colleagues in other areas of the University.
There is also a detailed Channel Framework page outlining the various ways communications can be sent out to staff, students and wider Oxford University stakeholders.
