About these protocols
These protocols provide guidance to staff within UAS sections when sending emails to colleagues across the University.
They have been established to improve the way information is shared - providing a consistent approach that will help reduce unnecessary volume, help to ensure emails reach the intended target and that any actions are clear and acted upon.
They were created during a collaborative FOCUS project sponsored by the Registrar.
While intended primarily for UAS sections, they may also be adopted as good practice by colleagues in other areas of the University.
